Northern suburbs: where most of our work is
These are the suburbs we are called to most often. Each has its own page covering the housing stock, the access and parking problems that come up there, and what a job in that suburb usually involves.
- Removalists Reservoir – City of Darebin, postcode 3073. One of the larger suburbs in the north, and the one we are booked for most. Mostly post-war houses on standard blocks, where the truck can usually sit on the driveway or beside the nature strip.
- Removalists Preston – City of Darebin, postcode 3072. Older brick and weatherboard homes on the side streets, alongside the newer townhouses and apartments that have gone up over the last decade.
- Removalists Coburg – City of Merri-bek, postcode 3058. Two different jobs in one suburb: the older streets either side of Sydney Road, and the apartment stock built along it.
- Removalists Brunswick – postcodes 3056, 3055 and 3057. The trickiest of the four for access. Victorian terraces with no off-street parking, narrow hallways, and warehouse conversions. Worth reading the page before you book.
- Removalists Campbellfield – postcode 3061. Our own suburb. Our trucks start and finish the day here, and a good share of the work is commercial and warehouse rather than residential.
The rest of Melbourne
We are a northern suburbs removalist by base, not by limit. We take work across the western, eastern, south-eastern and inner-city suburbs, and in regional Victoria. There is no separate page for every suburb, and we would rather not pretend otherwise: if your suburb is not listed above, call us with the two addresses and we will tell you straight away whether we are the right truck for it.
For moves out of the state, we go to New South Wales, the ACT and South Australia only. We do not go to Western Australia and we do not do overseas moves.

We are a removals company, not a packing company: we do not pack your belongings into boxes for you, and we do not offer storage. If you are packing yourself, we sell boxes and packing supplies in our shop.

Booking a move in your suburb
Tell us the two addresses and the floor level at each end, how many steps or stairs there are, how far it is from where the truck can park to the door, and anything heavy or awkward – a piano, a safe, a full shed. With that we can give you a realistic hourly rate and a realistic number of hours, rather than a number that moves on the day.
