The kinds of moves we do in Reservoir

Access and parking worth sorting before the day

• Reservoir station is on the Mernda line and the streets around the Edwardes Street shops get busy. If you are moving near either, tell us and we will plan where the truck goes.
• Check whether your street or building has permit or time-limited parking. A permit is arranged by your council or building manager, not by us, so it is worth doing early.
• If you share a driveway with neighbours, give them a heads-up that a truck will be there for a few hours.
• Rear lane access is useful but is often too narrow for a removal truck. We would much rather know beforehand than find out on the morning.

We are a removals company, not a packing company: we do not pack your belongings into boxes for you and we do not offer storage. If you are packing yourself, we sell boxes and packing supplies in our shop.

What to tell us when you book

• Both addresses, and the floor level at each end
• How many steps or stairs there are, and how far it is from the truck to the door
• Anything heavy or awkward: a piano, a large fridge, a safe, a glass cabinet
• Whether everything will be packed and ready before we arrive
• Your date and preferred start time
